POWER YOUR BUSINESS

This workshop is designed to provide business leaders in the manufacturing sector with practical knowledge and strategic guidance on the application of AI in their operations. The purpose of this workshop is to educate participants on how to identify AI opportunities, measure outcomes, and integrate AI into their business processes for enhanced efficiency and competitiveness. Our focus will be on how to best invest in your workforce and adapt to an AI-driven economy.

About the workshop:

The workshop includes several components:

Problem Identification: Follow a structured approach to identify problem areas that impede the realization of business vision and strategies. This section focuses the participants to work within their company team to pinpoint critical challenges and root causes.

Understand AI Potential: Using our proprietary capability framework, we explore the potential of AI in manufacturing in addressing challenges across the value chain of the industry. Equally importantly, in this section we separate hype from reality of AI and understand how to start with small, business value driven experiments.

Identify Solution & Next Steps: In this section the participants brainstorm potential AI solutions tailored to their company’s priorities and create an actionable plan. Participants receive a customized worksheet to help integrate these steps into their strategic planning.

The workshop is structured to ensure that participants not only understand AI technologies but also how to practically apply these in their manufacturing operations to drive tangible business value.

Why you should attend:

Hands On Exercises: participate in interactive exercises and group problem-solving designed for your business context.

Practical Outcomes: Leave with an action plan on how AI can add value in your organization right away.
