Milwaukee-based Penrod will open an office in Portland and plans to double its ranks by 2020, the company announced Wednesday. Penrod is a provider of custom-built Salesforce solutions and has offices in Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Dallas. The company has approximately 65 employees and plans to hire 70 more employees across all of its offices in 2020, said Chris Widmayer, chief executive officer of Penrod. In 2019, 50% of Penrod’s growth was on the West Coast, prompting Penrod’s expansion into Portland, Widmayer said.
